1. Scope and who is responsible
This Privacy Policy covers “Galerici Hayatı”, an iOS game developed and published by Haktan Yücel. It explains what information is handled when you download the game, play it, or write to us for support.
It covers this game and this website only. Anything Apple, Google, or another third party does within their own services is governed by their own policies.

The site you are reading sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track your visit. You do not need to accept anything to read it.
2. Where data is handled
Four parties sit around this game, and each one touches something different. We would rather make that distinction up front than bury it:
| Party | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your device | Your save file, money, vehicles, kontör and settings live here. In normal use this data never leaves the device. |
| The developer | You reach us only when you choose to write. There is no developer-operated game server and no user account system. |
| Apple | Apple handles purchases, downloads, entitlement status, crash reports and backups. |
| Google AdMob | When an ad is shown, advertising partners may process device and advertising information. What is processed depends on your consent choices. |
We are not claiming this app collects no data. As long as ads and in-app purchases are part of it, data is processed on Google's and Apple's side. The sections below set out exactly what.
3. Game data stored on your device
You do not need an account to play Galerici Hayatı. The game itself never asks for your name, phone number, email address, or location.
Data kept locally on your device includes:
- Game progress and dealership level
- Vehicles you buy, prepare and sell
- In-game currency, kontör and other fictional resources
- Your fictional bank balance and loan status
- Missions, achievements and collection progress
- Sound, language and gameplay settings
- Your advertising consent and personalization choices
- Scheduled local notifications
- Whether each purchase entitlement is currently active
None of this is sent to a developer-operated server. Deleting the app removes the local game data with it. If iCloud Backup is enabled, that backup is managed under Apple's services — the developer has no access to it.
4. Apple services and in-app purchases
In-app purchases run through Apple's StoreKit 2 infrastructure. Purchases such as ad removal, starter packs or in-game items are always optional.
What the developer never sees
- Your credit or debit card number
- Your Apple Account credentials
- Your billing address or payment method
- Apple account details such as your name or email
Apple takes and processes the payment. The app only reads the transaction verification Apple returns: which product was purchased, whether the transaction is valid, and whether the matching in-game entitlement should be unlocked. That check happens on the device.
Restoring purchases
If you change devices or reinstall the app, the “Restore Purchases” option asks Apple for purchases previously made with the same Apple Account. That exchange happens between Apple and your device; no purchase list is sent to the developer.
Restoring brings back purchase entitlements — ad-free play, for example. It does not bring back game progress, because progress lives on the device and a deleted save cannot be restored this way.
5. Advertising and Google AdMob
Galerici Hayatı uses Google AdMob so the game can stay free to play.
Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are entirely optional. One starts only when you tap a button asking for it — the game never forces you to watch. The reward is granted only after the ad provider confirms the ad was genuinely watched.
Interstitial ads
The current release enables a limited number of interstitial ads. They appear between sections and are capped so they do not interrupt the flow of play.
What advertising partners may process
When an ad loads, Google and its advertising technology partners may process information of this kind in order to serve the ad, measure its performance, prevent fraud, and apply your choices:
- Advertising and device identifiers
- IP address and the approximate location inferred from it (city or country level)
- Device model, operating-system version and language setting
- App version and the type of ad placement
- Whether an ad was shown, watched or tapped
- Diagnostic, performance and fraud-prevention signals
- Your consent and personalization choices
What actually gets processed depends on your device, your region, the consent you give, and the ad settings on your Google account. The developer has no access to this data in raw form — only aggregate figures such as impressions and revenue in the AdMob dashboard.
6. Advertising identifier and tracking permission (ATT)
On iOS, an app needs separate permission before it can use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies' apps and websites. That permission is requested through App Tracking Transparency.
If the prompt appears, the decision is entirely yours. Declining switches nothing off in the game; ads are simply served in a non-personalized form.
You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
7. Consent management (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your advertising choices are collected through a consent screen presented by Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
That screen normally asks you to decide about:
- Personalized advertising
- Processing personal data for advertising purposes
- Storing or accessing information on your device
- Measuring advertising performance and audience
Your choice is stored on your device and applied to later ad requests. Declining does not stop you playing: inspecting vehicles, negotiating, repairing and selling all work exactly the same. Only the type and availability of ads changes.
The Privacy Choices page explains step by step how to reopen these preferences.
8. Notifications
The game can schedule local notifications on your device. These come from the device itself rather than a developer server, and carry no personal information.
- A buyer showing interest in a vehicle you listed
- Preparation, repair or paintwork finishing
- Your kontör replenishing
- New opportunities appearing on the market
Notification permission is optional and can be switched off at any time in iOS Settings. Turning it off does not affect core gameplay.
Notifications never act on your behalf: they do not buy or sell vehicles, take out loans, or spend money.
9. Analytics, crash and diagnostics
The app contains an abstracted analytics layer so that any future measurement tool can be managed from one place. The point that matters: only services actually enabled in the production configuration collect anything.
No third-party analytics service is enabled in the released version. The analytics layer runs only on-device and sends no events outward. If this changes, the policy will be updated.
Crash and diagnostic information
If the app closes unexpectedly, iOS may generate a crash report. These are collected by Apple and shared with the developer only if you have allowed sharing in your device settings. A report contains the device model, iOS version and technical stack information from the moment of the crash — not your save file or personal details.
You can manage this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
10. Support correspondence
When you write to support@haktan.dev, we process what your email contains — your email address, your message, and any screenshot you attach — in order to resolve your issue. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to track recurring problems.
Your Apple Account password, card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive details are never needed for support. Do not send them to us.
If your request concerns advertising or a purchase, we may need to point you to the relevant Apple or Google channel to get it resolved.
11. Fictional game systems
Galerici Hayatı is a simulation game. The dealership, vehicles, sellers, customers, bank and loan systems in it are entirely fictional.
- In-game money and kontör have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The in-game “bank” and “loans” are gameplay mechanics only. The developer does not provide financial services, credit, or lending of any kind.
- No real vehicles are bought or sold, and no ownership of any real vehicle arises.
- Vehicle models, brand-like names and dealership names are invented and unaffiliated with real manufacturers or dealers.
Because of this, the game never asks for or processes financial personal data such as credit scores, income details, bank accounts or identity documents.
12. Sharing of information
The developer does not sell your personal information and does not transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
Information is processed by the following providers only to the extent the app needs to function:
- Apple — App Store, StoreKit 2, notification infrastructure, backup and crash reporting
- Google — AdMob and advertising technology partners, User Messaging Platform
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect users, or defend the developer's legal rights.
13. Children's privacy
Galerici Hayatı is not designed for children under 13 and is not marketed to them.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information directly, write to the support address above so we can review it and take appropriate action.
We encourage parents and guardians to manage in-app purchase and content restrictions through Apple's Screen Time and parental controls.
14. Data retention and deletion
Your game data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed. To remove it:
- Use the in-game reset option, if one is offered.
- Delete the app from your device — this removes the local game data with it.
- Manage the app's data in your iCloud backup via iOS Settings → Apple Account → iCloud.
We keep support correspondence for a reasonable period, so we can resolve the issue and refer back to it if needed.
Retention inside Apple's and Google's own systems is set by their policies. We do not control those periods, so we are not going to quote a specific number of days here.
15. Security
The app relies on Apple's secure infrastructure for sensitive operations such as purchase verification, and avoids collecting data it does not need. Having no developer-operated user database keeps the surface that needs protecting small by design.
That said, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Your device passcode, operating-system updates and Apple Account security remain your responsibility.
16. International processing
Apple and Google are global companies and may process data on servers outside your country of residence. Those transfers take place under their own contracts, standard contractual clauses, and applicable data-protection law.
The developer is based in Türkiye. When you email us, your message is handled in Türkiye and on our email provider's infrastructure.
17. Your rights
Depending on where you live — under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK, for example — you may have the right to:
- Access information processed about you and ask what is held
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Request deletion
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority
Send requests to support@haktan.dev. We will do what we can, though to be straightforward about the limit: because there is no developer-operated account system, we cannot identify you remotely and we cannot reach the save file on your device. Only you can delete that.
For data processed by Google or Apple, you can also approach those companies directly.
18. Your privacy choices
Managing advertising consent, tracking (ATT) and notification permissions is covered step by step on a separate page, along with ways to limit personalized advertising.
19. Changes to this policy
This policy is updated when the app's features, the services it uses, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published at this address, with the date at the top revised.
For significant changes, we may also give notice inside the app or on the App Store page.
